Peter is 44 years of age, married to Amanda and they have a daughter, Millie and a son, Finn.

Peter was elected to State Parliament in 2002 as a Liberal representative for Bass and is currently Shadow Treasurer, Shadow Minister for Energy and Shadow Minister for Sport and Recreation.

Michael was elected as the Federal member for Bass in 2004. During his term he worked on a number of Government policy and parliamentary committees. His passion was always in the area of education - partly because of his teaching background. But also because as a family man, he has a strong personal focus on improving educational and training opportunities to help our young people find a job and to achieve their potential.
